I found this unusual Wheatberry Salad recipe and want to share it. Wheatberries are whole, compressed wheat kernels. They're a nutty, flavorful addition to healthy, main-course salads like this one, maade with dried cranberries, pecans, apples and vegetables. If you would like to add meat to the salad, consider adding diced cooked chicken breast. ---BBB
