stroke is the next best choice.

I rather suspect that if I don't die from an accident, or someone shooting me I will die of a stroke considering that I am on daily medications for high blood pressure and cholestrol.
I'll have a stroke because I am struck by lightning as I am suiciding by driving my car off a cliff drunk, because I have been told I have a painful and untreatable cancer.
If you are used to seeing the suicide rates expressed as a x in 100,000 it sounds quite inaccurate, but those x/100,000 suicide rates are for the whole population (not just deaths). I'm not sure where these numbers in the graph come from but they'd reflect the percentages of deaths, and they look about right to me:
I think the statistics almost credible.
In India is a little bit more and In Japan still more.
death due to suicide is less thangetting killed by barbaric wars and far less than due to poverty.
But I believe the above statistics is global one and not about the suicide rates in one country like USA.
