Internet Explorer 7:
Go to Tools->Internet Options->under Browsing History click Delete->Delete Files->Yes.
It may take a few minutes for the process to finish.
Firefox 3:
Tools->Clear Private Data->make sure "cache" is checked, uncheck anything you don't want deleted->click Clear Private Data Now.
