Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi certainly has an excellent vetting process in selecting his cabinet.

First Amendment's got nothing whatsoever to do with a friendly request to keep light forum threads light. First Amendment means no government official can order you to stop being an ass, but it doesn't stop us from politely asking you to stop acting like one.

He was the most popular politician at the time I wrote that post - an opinion poll showing it had been published just before.
