Everything is going OK, I guess, though I still have a shitload to pack. I've been a bit emotional lately, tearing up every now and then. It comes unexpectedly at random places...I guess when I have time to sit down. Last time at the Geek Squad at best buy. Them geeks might be good with computers, but they don't know what to do with a woman who has crocodile tears rolling down her cheeks. I thought of Joe. And I will miss Kris most of all.
But we shall all live, I suppose.

I was the packing fool moving from northern california to here in new mexico. And I partially packed twice, after I found out the moving van estimate and found media mail for books. I thought it would never end. And the unpacking still hasn't ended (I need garage shelving, for some stuff. And other shelving..)
I'm paying for my accumulation tendencies, even though I got rid of a lot of items before the more. Anyway, sympathy here.

Been there, done that - moving sucks, especially when you move thousands and thousands miles away. For the moment it seems so permanent - I know the
feeling, dagmar.

It will hit you when you're in the plane, so take lots of tissue with you!
