Mac - I like your avatar - good to see you!

Jes - It wouldn't be so bad, but after all the other little, painful, stress-inducers of the past couple months, it was like the cyanide icing on the strychnine cupcake. (been talking with housemate about environmental hazards again).

I think I might be a little stressed, too. Luckily there's tons of various kinds of work - between my new job, old job, and Armenians-Azeris....

no. i hardly use it... they have computers at work (imagine that!) and i'm there most of the time. i'll deal with this one in october...i spent sooo much money for moving, rent+deposit, basic stuff....and i haven't even bought groceries or anything except for linen for the house yet. sigh.

i got linens... dragged them home - comforter, pillows, linens, wineglasses, wine and all.... in my bare 2 hands for some 40 minutes.
i do LOTS of walking here, love it. it's like in bratislava.

You've inspired me, Mac, with your terrific photo. I've added a photo avatar, courtesy of Mame, if and when it does show up, though the Pacc will always be at hand.

Hmm, I should chase down that photo of him and me at Ft. Mason in SF with the Golden Gate behind us. But then I'd have to get my scanner started. And.. it would turn out very tiny.
