Speed Limit

I wonder what highway has a low speed limit.

interesting the provincial govt decided to get greater driver compliance and lower speeds by increasing the limit. It doesnt appear to have worked. But it keeps someone in a job. Perhaps they'll try 105 km/hr next. Or 117.3.

I suspect the speed down to 10 was for a residential area or School Zone, after the residential area the speed would return to the higher speed.

So it could be back to 50 or 20, 30, 40, 50

sixth sign says Speed Limit: 60
it doesn't say what order the signs come in.

I agree, the 10 sign may have been the very first speed limit sign that you encountered.
