I fell in love with Lipton's peach tea (what the hell?) in italy, where it was sold from a kind of street vendor stand on the way back to the albergo, after, say, an eight mile walk. Too damn sweet for my normal sensibilities. But I'm going to try making it from the bags with my own sparer amount of sugar, or maybe not any. It's the sweet I shy away from, so I'm not interested in sugar substitutes.
I know it isn't good tea, and am interested in Chai's take on tea, as well as Dys the Connoisseur's. But, hey, I liked it and get a certain sentimental kick out of it.
