What to do if you suspect a prescription is "wrong"?

boomer- Mr. P. was taking a certain medication. Then he got the same pill from a different drugstore in generic form from a different manufacturer. The pill made him very sick. We figured that there was something in the vehicle (the inert ingredients that make up the pill) to which he was sensitive. We went back to the original drugstore, got the former generic, and all is well.
