Well, luckily I cooked them in two batches as the first batch burned. I'll have an ugly photo of burned calzoni at some point, but since I still use film, it'll be a long time. The recipe for burnt calzoni is on my sfinciuni thread, ever popular.

It took forever, or so it seemed, to make them, as I was 'sperimenting', which is not so easy in friends' kitchen while you are busy laughing.

On the photo, it shows me I failed again on communication with the beautician at Super Cuts. (I like Supercuts as well as any other salon, but this last venture was... doomed soon.
So it goes. But, I love Diane hamming it up (the subject of the millisecond was shortness), that's a treasure.

Don't know about Lone Star but for sure they go good with beer, even the Italian one!
