I changed my workout routine and I am sore...I feel like I have the flu my muscles are so achy! Hot soak in the tub I guess tonight. And Ibuprofen. OH I'm moving slow.

Hi Wandel! Glad to see you - you like to talk? I like to talk - quite the chatty person myself. Annnnnnd I don't really have to have a thing to say...just whatever is in my head comes out my mouth or in this case my fingers since I'm not REALLY talking but typing...but either way, I just enjoy it a lot....I play as much as I possibly can - because I like to play - it's fun and it gives me a break from mopping the floor again, or vacuuming again, or washing the dishes again...did you know there is not really one thing I do that doesn't get undone pretty quickly? Really quite annoying. So anyway - really glad to have you here on the thread and look forward to yabbering some more with ya'
