Hey, Jerry, would they sell that one in the cook book section or the poetry section? Believe it or not, I like to take a look at that one. I knew that had contests using Spam, but I never imagined haikus, too.

If it's Plow & Hearth, they're hiding it cause it didn't come up. Got lots of hits on google for 'tree stump coolers' but nothing like the one here. I'll keep looking though. I love a challenge.

It just occurred to me, quinn, all we had to do was right click on the image and then click properties. The url would include the web page (which,of course, was http://www.paragongifts.com

Duh!

In checking out the same web site, I found this delightful gift for kitty or puppy:

http://www.paragongifts.com/images/thumbnails/8619.jpg

Hard to read, but it's bedtime stories for dogs or for cats.

Can't you just imagine yourself sitting there, reading aloud to the dog? (Why not, I already carry on 'conversations' with her)

Well, yes I can. When I first started cat sitting for a friend, I used to read the newspaper to them, but they were just too hostile to bother with. Probably didn't like seeing a man in the house.

My dad recently e-mailed me some German bedtime stories to read to my dogs. I'd have preferred having them in an actual book - having both dogs on my lap at the computer was a bit much - but they enjoyed me reading for them.

I suspect my Jenny would rather eat the book than listen to the story. She's fond of paper (bags, napkins, paper towels, whatever).

I found one of the most adorable gift ideas
on the net, especially for a grandparent or
anyone who has a special someone(s) they
just adore. At the site: ConnectionChannel.com
their are a wide variety of plush animals, with
recording device inside (sort of like taping your
own message on a answer machine) You can
enter your 10 second message, for example;
on a sleepy time plush cat, dog, otter, etc A bed
buddy for your beloved little one, with your own
voice. For all the times, they miss you, and want
to hear your voice. They also have a wide variety
of other options also, each having the recorded
voice message feature to be replayed over and
over by your grandchild, nieces, nephews or whoever.

Gives a whole new meaning to the term 'eat me' doesn't it?
