...for five hours. Is it still good to eat? I just bought it from the store but forgot to put it in the fridge. It's not opened yet....is it still okay to keep?

What accompanied the cream cheese? Bagels? Celery sticks? Come on I need to know...

Nothing accompanied the cream cheese. It was still in the plastic round contatiner. Now if you need to know the cheese under my armpit...that's another story...

There's a preservative in that container. Worry not, re developing cheezits. On the other hand, there is much to be said for natural cheeses.

Personally, I would wipe down the cream cheese real good with clorox before i ate it. germs can kill you!
