Hey everyone, I am new here and am looking for a recipe for a casserole my mom cooked frequently when I was growing up. It's called Chicken Chalupa, but may have other names as well. It has chicken, tortilla chips, cheese, and some other ingredients, but I just can't seem to remember the specifics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easy Chicken Chalupa Recipe
Easy Chicken Chalupa Recipe
From Susie

This easy chicken chalupa recipe uses seven ingredients plus some toppings to make a quick supper for your family. Combine chicken, sour green, green onions, tomatoes, olives, and cheeses for a hearty, Mexican chalupa.

INGREDIENTS:
2 C. cooked chicken
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 C. sour cream
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 can cream of chicken soup [undiluted]
1 can diced tomatoes with chili peppers [undrained]
1 small can of chopped black olives
Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. of small (about 8") flour tortillas

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients except tortillas and Mozzarella cheese.
Fill flour tortillas with mixture and place seam-side down on a greased baking dish. Cover with a cup of grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.
