For the first time since the Intifada uprising seven years ago all 2,000 hotel beds in Bethlehem are booked, Inigo Gilmour reports.

According to Bethlehem's mayor, 40,000 pilgrims are expected to visit over the Christmas period as the town enjoys an extended period of peace.
