Ingredients:
1/4c butter
2T olive oil
1/2c green onions
1cl garlic
2 canned jalapeno chills
1/2c cilantro
1c milk
1 egg lightly beaten
1c self raising flour
1 t salt
2 t baking powder
1c cornmeal
1/2c shredded cheddar
1/4t sweet paprika

Combine all the ingredients and pour in to a baking pan and place on the grill on an indirect heat at about 350 degrees farenheit.
Part way through the cooking drizzle 4oz of bourbon over the top. Remove the cornbread and let cool on the rack.
