When you have someone carry a GPS device to track their location, is it possible to see where they were at a certain time previous? Like 3 or 4 days before at a certain time frame?

heh. Cool

I was reading about one device that will download days/weeks worth of activity, but you have to be within 1000 feet of the device.

That won't do.

This needs to be a hand held device that I can download a weeks movements regardless of where the user is....within a range let's say of 15-20 miles.

Oh. I know the trucking industry uses trackers in some trucks. I don't know if it's something you would want to carry around.
