Gus- Now I know why I love A2K. Without it, I would never have broadened my horizons to include the knowledge of Mormon underwear.
At first I thought that the clip was a spoof. Looking into it, I learned that the Mormons DO have their own kind of religious skivvies.

Oh, the wonder of it all. A2K is like a toy box. You open it up, and you never know what you will find!

Good grief! This is fascinating:

Fall of Otrar: Mongol language or Chinese overlaid by Russian.

The governor of Otrar, Inalchik Xhair Khan, was the guy who confiscated one of Chengis Khan's trade caravans and then burned the beards off of four of Chengis Khan's ambassadors who were sent to figure out what had happened. Stories like that had a way of not ending happily at the time....

Sorry, been busy. I'm a founding member of the David Addington Fan Club (our motto, fan him, then club him vicously when his guard is down) and this is no small responsibility.

But let me say that as much as I would like to take spendi and shake him until the cows come home, it is the case that he and I share a cherished bond on this singular matter...

It just doesn't get better than that.

Don't you think it a little strange Bernie that you and I are Dylan fans and yet we agree on so little. And I have no urge to shake you until the cows come home. We even disagree about that.

It makes me think that we are each Dylan fans for completely different reasons.

I saw a video in the pub that had a vulture licking its lips.

I thought it better to not to include it here.

Very good fm.

They should make one about scientists finding a fossiled pelvic bone that was all worn out.

Bravo, Letty! Watching that signing, well, it was almost like I could hear Matt Monro singing.

And McTag, what can I say, them are grand ukes. I also enjoyed their rendition of the theme to the Spaghetti Western, and even caught a whiff of smoke; pretty sure it was from either a Colt Peacemaker or a miniature stogie. Ta, wack.

Superb boxing skills on display, Trinidad not quite ready for the light-heavy division.
