My outlook express stopped coming up. I mean I click on the icon and get the hourglass for a split second and then nothing. I get the same result if I try to open it from programs, contorl panel, the folder anything.
I can however go to the time waqrner site and access my mail remotely.
Did you reboot?
Seriously. I know that Outlook will only allow one copy to run at a time; I've seen that same issue get solved by a reboot because some portion of the program did not get completely unloaded.
