foxfire problem

I've been using foxfire for several months quite successfully. Over the past few weeks about every 24 to 48 hours my foxfire browser just dies. I can go to sites from desktop icons but when I open Mozilla the address bar is blank and I am required to re-boot or go back to using IE.
