How close is China to a manned space capsule launch? Last year I think I remember them predicting a launch in fall, 2003. Anyone out there know anything new?
They are very close. They will launch their spaceship Shenzhou in October. There's no official fixed date but there is rumour that the start is at October 1st.
neat (that one word is my economical way of adding this thread for monitoring
