Hungarian language tapes
Thanks, maryke. The situation is this: my husband has Alzheimer's and is in a nursing home. His first language is Hungarian, and it keeps creeping into his speech. I need a few phrases like "Open your eyes", "Are you hungry?", and "Here's your supper". I'll never be able to really talk to him in Hungarian, but he's too ill to speak much in any language. And I know I would never be able to understand spoken Hungarian. I have some tapes, and CDs so perhaps I can get at least a feel for the sounds.

Maybe I could make a short list that you could translate for me, if you would be so kind?
