Taxpayer money spent funding breast enhancements

Look, if you want good plastic surgeons in uniform for reconstructive surgery, you've got to keep them busy when they aren't dealing with horrific injuries.

Surgeons need to practice--pretty much on a daily basis. If cosmetic surgery gives them this practice....

I believe the article interviews a civilian doctor.

I was amused more than horrified, though. $10,000? Pfft.

There have been at least two occasions in Pennsylvania when the badly decomposed bodies of Fallen Women have been positively identified by their breast implants.
