So, I'm watchint Down By Law right now. Jarmusch movie. Kind of like it. Very slow, very cheap, very, um, sedate acting. But kind of cool, like a more modern Bogart movie.

I'm not a Jarmusch fan, excatly, and I haven't seen this film. My son is a husg fan and thinks you should like this film. That's the best I can do for ya, guy.

Stop that whiffling this instant!

Plus we're cluttering up Patiodog's poor innocent "Down by Law" thread.

It's a movie that's been on my "Looks interesting -- see when you have a chance" list ferever, but I'm hopelessly behind on my movie-viewing. (Unless the movie in question is rated G -- j'adore Nick Park.)

Patio will be soooo happy when he sees there have been responses.

He'll come here, hoping his dead, go nowhere thread has come to life.....and lo and behold, there will be CLASPERS! And snickering! And innuendo!

The man adores biology!

It don't come more biological than that.

Better than films....

Nonsense. I just used the word you poor humans would be familiar with. I hate taxing your wee brains.

I was whiffling.

Now...to be fair to Patio...here, in the absence of LW, is Roger Ebert to tell him whether he should like the film or not:

http://rogerebert.suntimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/19861003/REVIEWS/610030303/1023

I believe, from skimming reviews, that Patio has permission to enjoy himself.
