contacts problem in outlook 2003

Hi all,

When i right click an email address in outlook 2003 and go to add to contacts nothings happens and then the send/reply/forward etc buttons ar egreyed out..any ideas?

Hi gbob,

Check out if the out look mail configured correctly. Under Tools> accounts > Properties > start from General tab....
