Lol, yes I want to do poprocks. Hopefully I can find them in white. Chai there will be so much food it will be overwhelming. Bee, I will check out those sites, but I can make anything and bring it on the grounds due to the fact they cater everything, except my candy buffet and achohol. Now for another question. We may have to supply the alcohol for the open bar. What should I stock the bar with?

Where we live, hard alcohol is not a big seller - people drink mainly beer and wine, with martinis, gin & tonics, and vodka drinks next.

I have been to many weddings that have had candy buffets and they have always been a huge hit. If there are guests that are diabetic, they are grown up enough to know better than to eat something that will do them harm.

I do agree that limiting yourself to black and white does limit your options but it can be done. I had a bride choose only cream for her candy buffet. It looked beautiful!
