Hello,
I have been looking everywhere but I can find nowhere.
I need to know about government and non-government regulation regarding Plasma TV, importing this into Canada from China.
As well as Intellectual Property Rights and International Law regarding this.
If anyone can help me even with a hint I will be very grateful.
Ive tried all government websites and everything but this is very hard to find.
Thank you.
Is this for reselling wholesale, retail, or private consumer use? Is it the PRC or Taiwan?

You could try to find a supplier who has their own Intellectual Property Rights,then there will be no problem for your importing.

hi!!i m a electricl home appliance exporter in china,i think you should not worry that matter,you are just a buyer in the form of OEM. Intellectual Property Rights belongs to your supplier's problem.
